Right of Withdrawal Information

Applies to consumers within the meaning of § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) for distance contracts (FAGG §§ 11 et seq.).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods.

In the case of multiple goods from one order delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

by means of a clear declaration—for example, by email or letter—of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

On every page of our shop, you will also find the button "Withdraw from contract", which you can use to declare your withdrawal directly online. A customer account is not required for this.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs—with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us—without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returns

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Trying them on is permitted—wearing, washing, or removing labels goes beyond this.

Scope of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to our entire product range. We do not offer custom-made or personalized items for which the law provides an exception.
