2 Definitions / Applicable law
2.1 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
2.2 An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2.3 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in a member state of the European Union, this choice of law shall not apply insofar as it deviates from mandatory provisions of the state of your habitual residence, which may not be deviated from by agreement.
3 Contract language / storage of the contract text
3.1 The contract language is German.
3.2 When ordering via the shopping cart function of our online store, you can print or electronically save the complete contractual provisions (order data, general terms and conditions and revocation instructions) before completing the order via the browser's print function and will be sent to you again by e-mail with the confirmation of receipt of your order. In addition, the text of the contract will be stored by us in compliance with data protection regulations and will also be available to you for retrieval after completion of the order.
3.3 If you send us inquiries regarding the conclusion of a contract via other contact options provided on our online store (e.g. by e-mail), you will receive the complete contractual provisions by e-mail so that you can print them out and save them electronically.
4 Conclusion of the contract / correction of input errors
4.1 The offers published by us constitute binding offers to conclude a contract.
4.2 You can place a binding order for the goods offered in our online store using the "shopping cart function". To do this, place the desired item in the shopping cart using the corresponding button in the respective offer. You can place several items in the shopping cart one after the other. You can call up your shopping cart via the corresponding button in the navigation bar. You can make any changes there or initiate the order process using the "Proceed to checkout" button.
Then enter your shipping details and select your preferred payment method. You can check your selections and entries at any time using the "Back" function of your browser and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the browser window. In addition, all selections and entries are displayed again on the order overview page and can also be changed and corrected there using the corresponding buttons.
By submitting your order via the "Order for a fee" button, you declare your binding acceptance of our offer, whereby the contract is concluded.
4.3 Enquiries regarding the conclusion of a contract that you send us via other contact options provided on our online store (e.g. by e-mail) are non-binding for you. We will then submit a binding offer to you, which you can accept within one week, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
